About Us
25 Years Experience in the Powersports Riding, Tuning, and Testing Business!!
The Shock Doctor has been in the Powersports business for 25 years now! From riding at a young age, to working at dealers in the I.E. to spending 20 years at one of the Motorcycle Industries “Big Four” Corporate Powersports Division.
We are on and off-roaders by heart, and love the sports of racing, riding, driving, modifying, and tuning on and off-road vehicles. We have spent 25 years in the industry perfecting our art, and now offering our services and products to the public. From motorcycles, to performance/racing vehicles, to SXS and full blown V8 Sand Cars and Pre-Runners, desert or dunes, we can repair and tune your vehicle for optimal performance.
Our Services
Suspension Rebuilds and Seal Service
Complete rebuild, cleaning, and reseal of each shock. Includes new seals/fluid/bleeding and nitrogen charge.
Revalving and Ride Improvement
Revalving of shim stacks, fluid viscosity, etc., tuned to your specific car, terrain, weight, and riding style.
Custom Spring Ordering and Install, Powdercoating, and Bent/Broken Shock Component Repair.
We are a HyperCoil Spring dealer, and can order and install quickly, usually cheaper than other spring brands. If you don’t like your springs the OE color, we offer Powdercoating as well!!
Live In-Field Tuning
The Shock Doctor will personally meet you in the desert or dunes to further tune your car to your liking!! We can adjust/experiment with ride heights, settings, bypasses and more! Pricing varies, call for an estimate.
